Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, if you are uninsured or self-pay, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for items or services we schedule.
- You may ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule care.
- If you schedule care, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate within the timeframes required by federal law.
- A Good Faith Estimate is not a bill. Actual charges may differ if care changes.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the Good Faith Estimate from a particular provider or facility, you may be able to dispute the bill. More information: cms.gov/nosurprises.
